Under terms of the agreement, WeiTech will be LuxCarta’s official representative for wireless operator customers in Taiwan. The Taipei-based company will be charged with promoting LuxCarta’s RF Planner products including 3D building vectors, digital terrain models (DTM), clutter/land use and linear vectors (streets, waterways, etc.) data sets, along with PopMaps population density information and SpacEyes 3D visualization software into the territory.
WeiTech has been operating in Taiwan for over seven years. The company is well known by the RF Planning and Performance Management teams of Taiwan’s telco operators. WeiTech represents a number of complementary software companies and also delivers value-added services directly to its wireless customers.
